Lebanon Reports Fatal Israeli Strikes Amid Extended Ceasefire with Hezbollah

Lebanon's health ministry confirmed that Israeli strikes on Saturday in the south of the country resulted in the deaths of four individuals, occurring despite the recent extension of a ceasefire in the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hezbollah. The ministry's statement detailed that two separate Israeli attacks targeted a truck and a motorbike in the town of Yohmor al-Shaqeef, located in the Nabatieh district, causing the fatalities.

These casualties come on the heels of earlier Israeli airstrikes on Friday that killed six people across multiple locations in southern Lebanon, including Wadi al-Hujair, Touline, Srifa, and Yater, as reported by the Lebanese health authorities.
